I have had really horrible experience with these guys in both phone and bIg tv. when you buy bIG tv, what you are doing basically is to buy the instrument(s) and they are not responsible if anything happens to it. If you break or need servicing or stb gets hanged or you may wish to throw it out of your window, they couln't care less. If the connection works , you are lucky, if it does not, you are screwed my friend & you know the experience with reliance customer care guys . "pay the amountor the line will be disconnected" "ok give me the bill" "the bill is geting generated & will be given to you AFTER you pay the amount' A familiar story. These are the same guys who bought you reliance phone services. They are masters of customer harrassment. HA!! sound funny but not if you are at the recieving end So my advice to all ( after getting first hand experience) STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM BIG TV . THEY ARE FRAUDS . Hi,

I am not sure whether the larger dish antenna is actually an advantage but if they can really manage to improve reception during rains, they have scored over atleast Dish and TataSky.
